Why I said young is if you lose weight , obviously you will look young and healthy.  One of the biggest problem now the World has been suffering is Heavy Weight, now the question is how to reduce the weight ? Many of them think that if they stop eating the food  they can putdown there weight  soon.  To some extent it may be right by avoiding Junk Food to some extent you will surely reduce the Weight, but if you completely stop eating food then it will show affect on your health mainly  Gastric problems arises. Eat Raw vegetables and fruits:

It is advisable to always prefer  fruits and vegetables, as  they contain beneficial vitamins, fibers and anti-oxidants. Preferably you can take salads and avoid banana from your fruit list. Most of the dieticians advise to take a fruit during meal time as during that period it helps in regulating your sugar level and cravings.

Prefer honey instead of Sugar:

Try to make a habit of using honey instead of sugar. Honey has the nature of reducing the weight. Early in the morning , take a glass of little bit warm water, add 1 spoon of lemon juice and one spoon of honey and take it ,  this will help in reducing the weight soon.

Most of the dieticians  suggest 30 to 60 minutes of physical exercise daily to maintain a healthy body and mind. Also it helps in reducing the extra pounds. You will fresh if you do exercise in the morning and you can prefer  Walking, Skipping etc.,  as a part of your exercise if you are not interested to go for a Gym.
